°12 Whole Graham Cracker Sheet – Finely ground
° 9 tablespoons butter – melted
° 1/3 cup granulated sugar
° 8 ounces cream cheese – soft
° 1/4 cup butter – soft
3 cups of powdered sugar
4 medium bananas – cut into slices
20 oz pineapple powder, drained
° 16 oz cool whip
One jar of maraschino cherries
12 cups of walnut powder
12 cups hot dessert sauce
* Methods :
Grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Mix until all of the butter covers the crumbs and the mixture sticks together when pressed.
Pour into baking dish and filling with solid graham cracker crumbs. sit aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, one-quarter of the butter, and the powdered sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Lay the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it evenly. Then spread the banana slices over it and put them a little in the cream cheese mixture. Spread the pineapple powder over the bananas with a cold whisk. Finally, decorate the top of the dessert with crushed nuts, cherries and hot fudge.
Refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, before slicing.
